The thesis
Tourism dollars flow through three buckets: accommodations, transportation, experiences. Two of those export profits offshore: to mainland hotel REITs, global airline holding companies, OTA parents. The third doesn't; local tour operators keep the largest share of every experiences dollar in the destination economy.
Rising Tide AI is a research lab studying how operators capture more of that dollar, and a set of tools that put the research to work. We work with destination management organizations (DMO's) and government agencies to improve outcomes for every operator in the region.

The lab's public artifact. A free competitive-intelligence report any operator can pull, showing how their pricing, capacity, and demand compare against an anonymized comp set. We built it because the data should exist, and it didn't.
